Writing Goals and Experience
I have been writing since a very young age, and it is my dream to be an editor in the publishing world at the Walt Disney Company. In my own writing, I particularly focus on Young Adult Fiction, but also enjoy reading and writing for younger audiences. I have taken a class in writing for a young audiences, and fell in love with the market. It is because I constantly found books that I loved as a child that I have become a writer today. I want to foster a love of stories and imagination in others. I also write and perform poetry and creative non-fiction. Last year I served as part of the selection committee for my university's literary magazine.
